Quality Assurance Manager (m/f)
Position Overview:
As a QA Manager, you will be implementing and managing the QA functions for our engineering team. You will oversee our software engineering processes and methods to ensure high quality standards are met.
You will have an essential role in building and steering the Quality Engineering team with your skills and experience to deliver effective testing and ensure that product release objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of QA Software Engineers
- Promote quality standards and optimal performance throughout R&D
- Set QA compliance objectives and ensure that targets are reached
- Define comprehensive quality assurance procedures and processes
- Analyse performance data and charts, compare against KPIs
- Keep awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with other teams
- Identify, develop and maintain relevant test plans and scripts to ensure high quality and compliance
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years proven management experience and 5+ years experience in software testing or development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems environments
Advantages:
